Passenger Conduct
S&E Luxury Services LLC maintains a strict policy regarding passenger conduct to ensure the safety of everyone. Unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior, or damage to the vehicle, may result in immediate termination of service without refund. The client is responsible for any cleaning or repair fees resulting from passenger negligence.
Vehicle Availability
Requested vehicle models are subject to availability. In the rare event that a requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, S&E Luxury Services LLC reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent or upgraded luxury vehicle.
Delays
While we strive for punctuality, S&E Luxury Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Heavy traffic conditions
- Severe weather
- Road closures or detours
- Airline delays or cancellations
- Force majeure events
Flight Tracking
For airport pickups, we utilize flight tracking software when flight information is provided during the reservation process. We will adjust your pickup time accordingly to accommodate early arrivals or reasonable delays.
Lost and Found
S&E Luxury Services LLC is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, if an item is found, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the client and arrange for its return at the client's expense.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&E Luxury Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
